Return Policy

  • Store Credit Only: We accept returns for store credit exclusively as items are made to order; refunds are not permitted. 
  • Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and ineligible for store credit or exchange: Sale Items, Customized Items, Holiday/seasonal items (e.g., St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, Fourth of July), Gift Cards.
  • Return Window: Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a $9.95 restocking fee to be deducted from your store credit. Any items with signs of wear or without original tags cannot be returned.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be changed, refunded, or credited. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed even with expedited and overnight shipping.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they enter production immediately.

    LOJO cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. Our team always ships out orders as soon as possible, but sometimes USPS or UPS can experience transit delays. Please contact LOJO before ordering if you need your order by a certain date and we will work with you to get it to you in time! Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for any items, including seasonal and collegiate items.


Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@lojobands.com to request a return form.
  2. Include your order number, full name, and email address with your return.
  3. Ship the item(s) using a trackable service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Note: LOJO is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Processing Returns

  • Upon receiving your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
  • Store credit, minus any applicable fees, will be emailed to you once the return is processed.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT LOJO ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS, within 14 days of your order being delivered. Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
    • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at info@lojobands.com, including photos of the item and the original packaging with your order number.
    • Items must be unworn and have original tags attached.
    • Requests made after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for exchange.
  • Size Exchanges: We do not offer direct size exchanges.
    • Return the item for store credit and place a new order for the desired size.
    • Refer to our Size Guide or contact us for sizing assistance.

Shipping Insurance & Claims

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: In the rare case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged:
    • File a claim for a replacement by emailing info@lojobands.com.
    • Claims for packages marked "delivered" but not received must be filed between 5 and 15 days from the delivery date.
    • Claims for packages presumed lost (status not "delivered") must be filed after 20 days from last check point.
    • Claims can only be issued for a replacement item or a store credit.
